The Wisconsin Center for Education Products & Services is a non-profit charitable organization working to impact education around the world through a variety of partnerships. WCEPS was founded in 2010 by friends of the University of Wisconsin-Madison. We meet a growing demand for bringing education research and development to the general public through our partnerships.

Our mission at the American Institutes for Research is to generate and use rigorous evidence that contributes to a better, more equitable world. Specifically, at the Center for English Learners at AIR we focus on generating and using rigorous evidence to support learning and well-being of ELs.

Avant Assessment offers a variety of flexible and customizable solutions for language educators including the Avant STAMP family of computer-adaptive language assessments in 45+ languages. Avant STAMPe is designed specifically for 6th grade and below with linguistically and developmentally appropriate content for younger learners. ELPA21 is an enhanced assessment system and state-led collaborative housed within the National Center for Research on Evaluation, Standards, and Student Testing (CRESST) at UCLA. Designed for states, by states, ELPA21 assessments measure the English language proficiency of potential English learners (ELs) and identified ELs, including those with the most significant cognitive disabilities, as they progress through their K–12 education and achieve college and career readiness.

Saddleback is the leader in high interest, low reading level (Hi-Lo) curriculum solutions and quality books for students with Multilingual Learners and Newcomers in Grades 4-12.
